Building trust through complete transparency in every project and partnership

Our Story Unfolds

Every business has defining moments that shape who they become. We started Glowmindtech in early 2019 with a simple belief — mobile apps should feel natural, not complicated. But what really set us apart wasn't just our design philosophy.

From day one, we decided to show our work. Not just the polished final products, but the messy sketches, the failed concepts, the late-night debugging sessions that actually make great apps happen.

February 2019

Founded Glowmindtech with three designers and one shared laptop in a Seoul co-working space

August 2019

Launched our first transparency report after a client asked to see our actual design process

March 2021

Opened our design process completely — clients can now access our working files in real-time

November 2023

Started publishing detailed case studies including our mistakes and what we learned

June 2024

Introduced live project dashboards where clients see exactly how time and budget are spent

Design team collaboration session showing wireframes and prototypes on a large screen
Analytics dashboard displaying user experience metrics and app performance data

Numbers Don't Lie

We track everything because transparency means backing up claims with actual data. These aren't cherry-picked success stories — they represent our complete project portfolio from 2022 through 2024.

What interests us most isn't just the successful launches, but the patterns we see in user behavior after apps go live. The average session length jumped from 2.3 minutes to 4.7 minutes when we started focusing heavily on micro-interactions.

And yes, we've had projects that didn't hit their targets. About 12% required significant design revisions after user testing revealed fundamental navigation issues. We learned more from those projects than from our easy wins.

Beyond Launch Day

Real success happens months after everyone stops celebrating the launch

6 Months Post-Launch | Fitness Tracking App

The workout logging feature we spent weeks perfecting? Users barely touched it. But the simple progress photos comparison tool became their most-used feature. We learned to watch actual usage patterns, not assume what people want.

— MinKyu, Fitness Startup Founder

18 Months Post-Launch | E-commerce Platform

Our checkout process looked beautiful but conversion rates stayed flat. After six months of user session recordings, we discovered people were getting confused by our 'innovative' payment flow. Sometimes boring solutions work best.

— Sarah Chen, Online Retailer

2 Years Post-Launch | Food Delivery Service

The app handles 50,000 daily orders now, but growth really accelerated when we simplified the restaurant search. We removed half the filter options and order volume increased 40%. Less truly can be more in mobile UX.

— James Park, Food Tech CEO

14 Months Post-Launch | Learning Management System

Student engagement doubled after we added the discussion threads feature, but not for the reasons we expected. They weren't discussing coursework — they were sharing study tips and forming study groups. Community features matter more than content delivery.

Senior UX Research Lead

"I follow up with every client 6 months and 18 months after launch. The conversations we have then are completely different from the excitement during development. That's when we learn what actually works in the real world."
